Fill in the Price List and Submit the Order
The partner completes the LS Retail price list and submits the license order to the LS Retail Licensing team following the standard ordering process.

Decide on Tenant Usage
When placing an order for a new Business Central environment, the partner must clearly indicate in the price list whether:
- The customer already has an existing Microsoft SaaS tenant, or
- A new tenant should be created
Best practice:
Customers typically prefer using their existing tenant, as this:
- Simplifies user and identity management
- Avoids maintaining multiple Microsoft tenants
- Allows reuse of existing licenses (for example, Business Central Team Member licenses)
Maintaining a separate tenant for Business Central SaaS is usually not recommended unless there is a specific business requirement.
